| Description | Switching from Global search to advanced takes too long, the main reason is that global search can be set to search most common fields aand Advanced search always set "any text field with <Global search value>" which on larger libraries can take 20+ seconds and Screen flickers even on the end it shows same results as global search. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Use my DB from FTP 1. Start global search for Roxette 2. It shows 853 results 3. Switching to Advanced takes 20+ seconds in which time UI is locked occasionally and screen flickers | ||||

Hmm, on my laptop (using your MM5.DB) it takes less than a second to switch :-/ I guess what could be the difference? Could you please attach debug log with DbgView started prior to MM5 start? Thanks! |
