Summary	0020304: Import dialog has rendering conflicts with splash screen
Description	When MMW 5.1 is run for the first time on a device that has another copy of MMW, the import DB dialog appears. The dialog sometimes exhibits rendering issues caused by the splashscreen, parts of which overwrite it, and always exhibits rendering bugs as the user scrolls the mouse cursor over portions of the dialog (which causes portions of the splashscreen to appear transiently).

The artifacts will often appear in the 'Import settings dialog' (especially around the buttons) but even if they don't, they'll occur elsewhere on the screen (as black lines eg. on portions of the FreeCommander window or other windows).
