| Description | If a context menu is active and the user attempts to change selection, selection doesn't change. e.g. Case 1) 1 Select tracks a,b,c 2 Right click on track c to perform a context action on all 3 tracks 3 Select track f --> An outline appears around track c, and track f doesn't get selected! Case 2) 1 Select track a 2 Right click track a 3 Right click track f --> Context menu re-appears (apparently for track f), but track a is still selected! Case 3) The issues also occur for tree items a) selection with context menu of an entry (in the tracklist OR in the tree) and then selection or right-click of a tree node | ||||

Verified on 2828. 4) Inconsistent when reproducing 1 Select any number of files 2 Right click on a selected file 3 Ctrl+Select an unselected file (seems to require to be in empty space in field) --> Sometimes only file in step 3 is selected, instead of it and original selection, sometimes it is added to selection as expected. 5) Inconsistent when reproducing 1 Select any number of files 2 Ctrl+Right click on an unselected file 3 Repeat step 2 --> until only the last file is selected, instead of it being added to the selection |

The original problem/regression has been fixed, works same as in 5.0.4 now... 4) I can't replicate this at all, for me the Ctrl+Select an unselected file always adds the file to the selection (as expected) Please re-test and add a screencast video in case of an inconsistency.. 5) I am not sure what Ctrl+Right click should do here, for me it is inconsistent around various apps (be it 'Windows Explorer' or 'Total Commander'), there is probably no general rule for Ctrl+Right click, so leaving as is.. |
