Summary0020501: Video is not fitted in window
DescriptionThe video is positioned in the top-left corner, instead to be centered vertically and horizontally and stretched to fill the window horizontally.

Adjust video / Zoom / Fit video to window on resize doesn't have any effect on that, video is just cropped.
Steps To Reproduce1. Open Preview panel beneath Playing list;
2. start playing video file from the Playing list -> it is not fitting the Preview panel;
3. click on the Maximize button of the Preview panel -> video is still not fitted.

I have seen this issue on some Intel integrated GPUs nd bad drivers.

If you can still replicate in 3521 please contact me directly to figure out replicate steps.

It is still manifesting in 3521. Tested on laptop with Intel UHD Graphics 620. No such problem with Media Player, PotPlayer, KMPlayer, VLC, MPC...

I just found out, it is manifesting only if the Scale is set to anything more than 100% in Windows. For example, if the Scale is set to 200%, the video would take a quarter of the Preview area.

I tried all zooms in Windows and for me it works.

I didn't say anything about Zoom, I talked about Windows scaling in Settings.

Yes, wrong wording as I have it in Czech, simply 200% and no problem.

By "no problem" you mean you get the video fitted in window?

Yes, it works as it should.

Do you have Windows 11?

Yes. Please catch it in debug log, maybe it will show something. I.e. run DbgView, than MM and then play video, and in case it plays in such smaller part of the panel, stop it and save the log.
