Summary | 0020593: Interapp communication: shortcuts to playlists don't work (regression 2.0)
Description | As reported at https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=516610#p516610 , automation apps such as 'Automate' used to be able to trigger MMA playlists, but this no longer works correctly. To test this out in Automate: 1 Install Automate 2 Create a new 'flow' 3 Add 1 block to the flow: "App shortcut start" 4 click on that block to edit it's settings. There is only one setting, an input argument called 'pick shortcut'. Click on it and then find the Playlist Mediamonkey entry from the dropdown menu. When you click on this, the playlist section of MMA is opened. Find a playlist and select it. ---> Under the old (correct) behavior, it incorporates the playlist shortcut into the block and returns back to Automate, BUT with MMA 2, the new (incorrect) is that MMA remains open and gives you the option to add shortcut to homescreen or cancel, But neither option results in the playlist shortcut getting added to the block.
