Summary	0020649: Mini player cannot be moved if I click on the text of track summary
Description	If I click on the text of track summary on the top of mini player and start dragging it, nothing happens, i.e. mini player is not moving. It only moves if I click on empty area between and inside characters. For example, if I click on empty space inside the "O" character, I will be able to move it, but not if I click on the stroke of the same character.
