Summary	0020758: Scrolling in grid view with a mouse wheel is stalling on a row containing item with opened popup
Description	Entire Library / Genres - Grid view: if I select any genre from the middle of list that has many albums displayed in its popup, when I scroll with a mouse wheel up or down, the scrolling is not smooth on the top boundary of the row with the selected genre, but it jumps a little bit.
