From the DbgView part I can only see that the AV occured on thread 14008 while you were encoding track D:\Track19.cda -> \\Lowlander03\Multimedia\TempMusic\Unknown\The Phoenix Crown\06-19. Unknown - Track19.flac and ejected the CD during the rip... but I don't see the callstack that crash log (EL) would show me..
