Summary0020949: MediaMonkey modifies BPM when saving other tags
DescriptionA BPM of 85.75 (calculated by Mixx) is modified to 86.00000 (as seen with FLAC files)

1) MediaMonkey should not remove decimal values already present.

2) MediaMonkey should not add trailing 0's.
Steps To Reproduce1 Calculate BPM with Mix
2 In MediaMonkey scan file
3 Edit Genre for file
--> BMP looses info and adds, trailing 0's

2) fixed in 3025 (was issue in FLAC and OGG formats)

1) is not fixable now, as MM has never supported decimal places in BPM tags, it is saved in integer format, where there is no place for decimal places. In case we should change this, please insert separate issue and assign it to Jiri co decide, what to do with this, as using integer/smallint was his decision in the past. It definitely cannot be changed for upcoming release (it will need to change format of this field in the database too), but later probably can.

Verified on 3025, trailing 0's are not added. Decimal values are lost: 0014449
