Summary0020963: Multimonitor: miniplayer doesn't appear / renders incorrectly
DescriptionWhen multiple monitors are being used in extended mode, if MM is running in one Window, activating the miniplayer causes it to display offscreen (it's not visible anywhere).

Note: The way to get MM to re-appear is to double-click the tray icon.

This still isn't working correctly in build 3028:
1) The miniplayer may appear in the correct monitor one time, but if the user moves the main MM window to another monitor, then the MiniPlayer won't appear in the same monitor as MM.
2) The miniplayer now sized incorrectly and takes up more than the entire screen (assuming > 50 tracks are in the Playing queue). This is really problematic because:
a) there's no way to access the button to switch back to the regular MM window
b) the miniplayer window cannot be resized

The issue described at 0020963:0075761 is fixed in 3029. BUT, When I move MM (non maximized window) from Screen 2 to Screen 1, and then switch to the MiniPlayer, it appears as shown below (unusable). The workaround is to close MMW, re-open it afresh in Screen 1, and then the mini-player displays correctly.

Settings:
Screen 1 (laptop): Scale 150 / Resolution 2240 x 1400
Screen 2 (monitor): Scale 100 / Resolution 3440 x 1440

1 Run MM on screen 2 only (resolution 2560 x 1080)

2 Open monitor 1 and switch to Extended mode i.e.
Screen 1 (laptop): Scale 150 / Resolution 2240 x 1400
Screen 2 (monitor): Scale 100 / Resolution 3440 x 1440
--> MMW window resizes (smaller) based on the new resolution)

3 Minimize to miniplayer on screen 2
--> works fine

4 Drag miniplayer to screen 1
--> results shown below!

Note: if MM is run after step 2, then the bug doesn't occur (though in that case, another bug occurs--the miniplayer opens on the wrong screen!)
