Summary0021093: Switching from a 'foreign' language to a downloaded language changes the UI to English
DescriptionSwitching from Dutch (Nederlands) to Spanish (EspaƱol) shows the Main Toolbar in English and the download dialog is in English too.
Steps To Reproduce1 Run MediaMonkey in non-English language (Dutch in this case)
2 Switch MediaMonkey to another non-English language (Spanish in this case)
--> Main Toolbar switches to English, expect it to remain in current language
--> Download dialog is in English, note that confirmation/restart dialog is in Spanish, then newly chosen language.

I suspect that this isn't fixable since at the moment that the language dialog is shown, the localization files haven't yet been downloaded.

On further investigation, this isn't just an issue of the new language file not being downloaded. e.g. if the user is running MM in Spanish and switches to Czech
-->
a) the toolbar switches from Spanish to English!
b) the dialog that prompts the user to install a new language switches from Spanish to English!

What should happen is:
a) The toolbar remains in the language that MM is running in
b) The dialog appears in the newly selected language, and if that's not possible in the language that MM is currently running in
