Summary0021120: Main window resize shouldn't override side Panel height/width settings
DescriptionWhen a user sets custom side panel width or custom window heights in the side panel these values are lost when MediaMonkey is made small enough that this auto-adjusts. File Explorer for example remembers the Tree width even if it's made smaller to accommodate the overall smaller File Explorer window.

When panel dimensions are auto-resized due to the main window being resized the new dimension shouldn't be saved overwriting the user dimension settings.
Steps To Reproduce1 Make the left and/or right side panel extra wide
2 Make the MediaMonkey window the smallest width possible
--> Side panels width is automatically adjusted (as it should)
3 Make the MediaMonkey window wide (or maximize) again
--> Side panels remain at the small width setting, instead of user set width in step 1

Note, that height settings for windows in the panels is similarly affected.
