In the log I see that MM5 had exception "Could not bind socket. Address and port are already in use" when trying to bind INADDR_ANY (0.0.0.0:50500) i.e. it is binding to 0.0.0.0 to bind to all available interfaces so maybe the port was bound by another app just on one of the network interfaces? But from your 'netstat' dump it does not look that this was the case, so hard to guess what was going underneath.. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that 50500 is from dynamic port range area (49152–65535) and lowering the port would help.. I guess it was one time issue and you can't replicate it anymore? |

Yes it appears from time to time and like you pointed it is bit hard to determine what was the cause. Suspended for now. |
