Summary0021276: Unorganized Files shows files due to special character handling
DescriptionUnorganized Files shows files that have their folder/filenames altered due to special character handling. So for example Artist value of *NSYNC becomes -NSYNC in the folder/filename. However Unorganized Files shows the *NSYNC files as being unorganized.

Testing this and I don't see such an issue, also from you screenshot the * was already converted to '-' and isn't showing as the difference in the folder hierarchy..

The highlights indicates that it is rather the filename that differs?
Please try to edit the file to get it self-organized and share the filename mask..

EDIT: Based on the comparing algorithm ( 0021275:0077317 ) it looks that either <Disc #:2> or <Track #:2> in the filename differs?

MediaMonkey keeps covering my mask:

$if(<Type>=Music Video,\\lowlander08\Multimedia\MusicVideos\$First(<Actor>)\<Filename>,\\lowlander09\Multimedia\$if(<Type>=Audiobooks,Audiobooks,$if(<Rating>=0,Music [Bad],$If(<Extension>=FLAC,MusicHQ,Music)))\<Album Artist:1>\$Left(<Album Artist>,50)\[<Year>] $Left(<Album>,50)\$If(<Disc #>,<Disc #:2>-,)<Track #:2>. $Left(<Artist>,50) - $Left(<Title>,50)$if(<Type><>Audiobooks,$if(<Rating>=0, (bad copy$),)))

to

$i\$if(<Type>=Music Video,\lowlander08\Multimedia\MusicVideos\$First(<Actor>)\<Filename>,\lowlander09\Multimedia\$if(<Type>=Audiobooks,Audiobooks,$if(<Rating>=0,Music [Bad],$If(<Extension>=FLAC,MusicHQ,Music)))\<Album Artist:1>\$Left(<Album Artist>,50)\[<Year>] $Left(<Album>,50)\$If(<Disc #>,<Disc #:2>-,)<Track #:2>. $Left(<Artist>,50) - $Left(<Title>,50)$if(<Type><>Audiobooks,$if(<Rating>=0, (bad copy$),)))

in Auto-Organize, I don't know why $i\ gets added at the beginning.
