Description	Xiph released new version of FLAC codec with multi-threaded support and fixes several weeks ago, we should upgrade our encoder too.

michal 2025-04-30 17:51 developer ~0078690	FLAC library updated in build 3402. I did not manage to make multi-threaded feature work (it needs library not present in compiler we use and my attempts to make it work in MSVC2017 failed, at least for the present), so it will not work yet. But resolving, so we can test it.
