Summary	0021622: Playing external files with non-persistable URI permission
Description	Like a song sent via WhatsApp content://com.whatsapp.provider.media... MMA gets one-time permission to play media from this uri. On second launch, MMA skips the song with the "Missing codec" message due to missing permission. There are only two options to handle this. 1) Implement one-time isolated playback, which does not erase the "Now playing" queue (similar to YouTube Music) 2) Copy the track to the cache and play the copy with full access
