Summary0022215: Move Playing list storage from m3u8 to the database
DescriptionThere are issues where large amount of files in Playing list takes several seconds (or more) to load metadata before it can be used..

Moving Playing list from m3u8 file into database should resolve the issue and would result in much faster loading times..

Example is 0022204:0081555

As discussed with devs (various pros and cons), moving to DB wouldn't be the optimal choice right now..

Ideally the loading time should be optimized (even when stored still in M3U8)
