Summary	0022552: Double-click on a row of synced lyrics in Lyrics panel should seek to time position
Description	Double-click on a synced lyrics in Lyrics panel does currently nothing. It could be interesting to be able to jump to the specific position in track where singer sang a row of lyrics that is double-clicked. If such row of lyrics has multiple time tags, jump should be to the time which is the first after the current playback position. If the current position is after all time tags of the double-clicked row, jump should be to the first time tag of these multiples. For example, on double-click on the next row: [00:21.10][00:45.10]Repeating lyrics (e.g. chorus) if current position is 00:10.00 or 01:00.00, player should jump to 00:21.10; if current position is 00:30.00, player should jump to 00:45.10. I am not sure if this double-click thing would conflict with the implementation in 0022199 that will be in 3530.
