| Summary | 0002413: Empty playlists aren't cleaned from MTP Device | ||||
| Description | If the user Auto-Synchs and has the 'Delete tracks' option enabled, MM doesn't delete playlists that are no longer on the Synch list. This is more clear from the repro steps that follow: Enable Delete tracks not on synch list Add 4 Playlists to the Auto-Synch list and synch to device Verify that playlists are synched Remove 2 Playlists from the auto-synch list Resynch -->Tracks from two of the playlists are removed -->BUT the Playlists still remain!! (even though they're empty) If I do the same with WMP, the Playlists are removed. Verified that this occurs with the Creative Vision, Creative Sleek, and iRiver H10. Note: I'm assuming that this is specific to MTP devices. I haven't tested anything else. | ||||
