Based on discussion with Petr, pushing post 3.0--it's a 2 day job and won't solve any issues that we're currently aware of. |

After consultation with Jiri we're both agreed that we'll update to latest ThemeEngine in future when we'll change Delphi 7 to any newer IDE (or in case any TE version will give us something we really need). |
