Summary	0003201: Possibility to hide the main window caption bar, or to put toolbars there
Description	Possibility to hide the main window title/caption bar, or to put the menu toolbar or other toolbars on the right part of the title bar. This would allow less blank toolbar space, and more working space (e.g. Maxthon2 "frameless")
