Summary	0003230: Only load plugins in memory when they're needed.
Description	To reduce MediaMonkey's memory footprint and possibly to make dynamically adding/removing/disabling plugins easier, the plugins should only be loaded into memory when they're really needed. An example implementation can be found in the PlainAmp source code ( http://plainamp.sourceforge.net ).
