This fix works mostly well, but one more issue of freeze was reported by EL. |

Fixed in build 1060. - Fixed an instance of freeze where several threads needed various types of DB access. - Fixed an instance of freeze in FileMonitor (however it probably wasn't related just to FileMonitor). |
