Summary	0000368: Main Panel: top of the slider bar is below the headings (instead of at the top of the headings)
Description	When MM is first run, the slider bar appears properly--i.e. it extends from the _top_ of the column headings downwards. However, after switching nodes or columns, the slider bar is shown incorrectly--it extends from _just below_ the column headings downwards. All other applications, have slider bars aligned with the top of the header, rather than the bottom of the header. It's a minor issue, but it's a visual blemish. Sliders should always begin at the top of the column headings so that columns don't appear to be obstructed by the slider.
