Summary0003798: Some network shares do not appear in MediaMonkey & cannot be Monitored
DescriptionI recently observed a machine in which Windows Explorer shows an S: drive and yet MediaMonkey doesn't show the drive in the Tree, or in various dialogs such as the File Monitor.

Similarly there have been occasional reports of this (see below) via e-mail and the forum, where users cannot monitor network shares because there's no way to enter the share name in the File Monitor configuration.

Simple fix is to change the folder browse dialog to allow the user to type or paste a folder path. I think Jiri said that this is just a flag that needs to be added to the browse folder dialog.
Additional InformationReported by Pieter:
I just installed Media Monkey 3.0.0.1091 on Vista Ultimate x86.
I added about 19000 files from a folder located on a network share.
I want to add that network share to the monitor files library option.
The select folder dialog does not allow me to paste or type a folder.
The network share does not show up under the network explorer tree view.
I can thus not monitor my folder for changes.

More info from Pieter:
The share is probably not showing up because the server (Windows Server 2003
R2 x64) I am hosting the files on has NetBIOS disabled, instead the server
name is resolved via DNS, but the share is a standard SMB share accessed as
\\server.home.local\share\files.

Tested 1180 on XP (updated) but there seems to be a regression: whenever this dialog is accessed, it kind of flashes. e.g. it lookes like the tree appears, then disappears, then reappears.
