DescriptionIf mp4 tracks (i.e. including m4a and m4b) are locked by another application and MM tagges them, they are deleted!

Fixed in build 1111.
 - The problem was more general, it was reproducable also with OGG and possibly other formats as well.
 - It wasn't reproducable with all opened files, just with opened using particular open settings (e.g. in FAR).
 - Now it's covered by regression testing.
