Summary | 0000044: Player: Name That Tune Mode
Description | This is a feature in which the player functions in a manner that 'Name That Tune' can be played. It would work as follows: -User presses a toggle button in the Player (or alternatively the 'Now Playing' dialog which would enable the mode -The playlist would automatically shuffle -Only x seconds of each song in the playlist would be played (user configures x, and whether it is always the beginning of the song) -Player/Now Playing do _not_ display the name/artist/etc. until... (see below) -pause play when the spacebar is pressed -reveal song info when spacebar is pressed again -play next song when spacebar is pressed again This allows users to play a very simple version of 'Name that tune' a game in which users try to name a tune in after hearing as little of the song as possible. As soon as someone says they know the tune, they press the spacebar and make their guess. They press the spacebar again to see if they're right and get points if they're right and lose points if they're wrong. It's a small feature that might be easy to implement (??), but it would be another unique feature for Song DB.
