Summary | 0004789: Tree Nodes / AutoPlaylists don't always automatically refresh
Description | When the user adds/removes tracks from the library or edits a track, the selected node doesn't automatically refresh to reflect the changes made. e.g. If Album > Joshua Tree is selected and the user changes one tracks Album from 'Joshua Tree' to 'Joshua Tree: Live' the track isn't removed from the node. e.g. If the user scans to tracks into the library, Tree nodes / Playlist nodes don't automatically update with the new track This functionality seems reasonably straightforward for regular nodes, but is a little more complicated for AutoPlaylists since they have constraints and sort characteristics that can result in unexpected behavior (e.g. an AutoPlaylist completely randomizes because the user changes a single tracks attribute). To avoid such complications, it is suggested that if we do implement this, refreshes of autoplaylists ignore sort settings and simply add any newly matched tracks into the current view's sort.
