Summary0004882: Regression: AllMusic Listen links are not handeled correctly
DescriptionMediaMonkey is not capable to handle Listen links from All music.

 I have tried mms://sg3.allmusic.com/000wma_64/s100/s10007/s1000766/s100076640m76o0.wma
and it plays fine, I probably resolved it in 0002424.

I also fixed handling of the ASX (http://sg1.allmusic.com/cg/smp.dll?link=jj4ioi9o86mq7acn6hkjz8r&r=64.asx).

We should associate the ASX streams with MM.

Fixed in 1189.
