Summary	0000541: Audio Scrobbler general plugin doesn't work
Description	I tried out the audio scrobbler general plugin and found that it doesn't work properly with SDB because the playback state is not correctly communicated to the plugin (the plug-in always detects a playback state of 'stopped'). Note: I tested the same plug-in with winamp and it worked fine--once playback starts, the playback state is 'Playing'.
