Summary | 0005521: Non-playable files can be dragged & dropped onto MM UI
Description | It's possible to drag e.g. xls files onto the MM player (or other portions of the UI that support d&d) even though the format isn't supported. MM should disable dropping of unsupported file formats. Reported at: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=38794

MediaMonkey shows the add cursor when dragging & dropping an unsupported file type on a Collection node. I've tried with JPG and OPML and both show this although they don't get added. This is add cursor is also shown when dragging & dropping on the Now Playing window/node and MediaMonkey Player although no files get added. File > Open URL or File also allows the selection of non-supported files (should be hidden in the first place) and will add them to the Now Playing (grayed out). http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=55615 |
