Summary0005606: Year/date not detected in mp3 (converted from flac to mp3 via dbpoweramp)
DescriptionI was converting some flac files with dbpoweramp r13.2, to mp3 files.

When added to mm library, these mp3 files dates were not detected.

Fixed in build 1246.
 - Added reading of this date format. Note that this is against ID3v2.3 specification, but since some apps write it this way, we'll rather accept it (for reading only).
