Summary	0005730: Adding track to playlist silently adds track to the library
Description	Saving a track that isn't part of the library silently adds it into the library. The user should be warned of this. e.g. To include tracks into a Playlist, they must be first added to the library. Do you want to proceed adding the following tracks to the library? <list> <Yes> <No> If the user clicks <No> the offending tracks would not get added to the playlist.
