Summary | 0005803: Auto-Tag/Auto-Organize enhancements
Description | 1. Currently we have \ and - in the "mask-builder". It would be very nice with a SPACE as well. It is really missing since almost all filenames contains spaces. E.g. 01 - Abba - Waterloo.mp3, is much more common than, 01-Abba-Waterloo.mp3 2. In Auto-Tag from filename you don't always have various Album attributes available in the filepath. E.g. AlbumName, AlbumArtist, Composer, Genre, Date and Disc#. Adding these manually in the form is tedious and to add them afterwards is not always possible, since you can have a long tagging cue. Suggestion: - Add the fields above as editable DropDown-Controls as in the properties but with a default value of <Use Mask>, working like this: a) If <Use Mask> is selected then is the dropdown disabled and the mask is responsible to tag the field. b) If a value (even "nothing") is entered in the dropdown then is that value used to tag the field, even if the field exists in the mask. 3. If the filename has track#'s with leading zero(s), the leading zero(s) are always added to the Track# field. It would be nice with a special mask field that removed leading zero or a Checkbox: "Remove leading zero(s)" in the lower left corner. The same logic applies for disc#'s as well but is not commonly used in filenames.
