Summary | 0006100: AV when accessing iPhone while it is not ready yet
Description | I have tested builds 1275 and 1279 and in both cases I found a problem: If you plug-in iPhone (I use firmware version 3.1) and quickly go to the Artist node via MM interface then it can happen that iPhone somehow isn't ready yet and AV can occurs. Potentionally MM fails and all Album Art is lost from iPhone. This can be also reproduced this way: 1. Go to the iPhone->Artist->Pink Floyd node 2. Close MM 3. Open MM => MM jumps to the lastly used node (i.e. iPhone->Artist->Pink Floyd) and AV occurs. The euraka log file from 1279 is attached. Unfortunatelly problem isn't consistently reproducable.

Note: I couldn't reproduce this with iPhone 3GS, 3.0.1 firmware. |

I also can't seem to reproduce anymore. Maybe it was an accident. I think we should at least check how could this happen by going through the code and add a prevention. |

I'm also unable to reproduce the issue, I even tried to emulate it by rapid calls to device node creation/destruction, but it worked fine. |
