Summary0006908: 1166 "Remove silence" causes click on start of play
DescriptionWith '[X] Remove silence at the beginning / end of track', start of play causes a click in the audio output.

This is with the unlabelled "MediaMonkey DirectSound Output plug-in" dialog's list box on Primary Sound Driver or C-Media Wave Device. And [X] Enable hardware acceleration, [X] Remove silence at the beginning / end of track, but no other checkbox ticked. Win XP SP2.

This does not happen with '[ ] Remove silence...'.

I cannot reproduce it, no click at all. XP SP3, the same settings, I've tried a lot of files - MP3, FLAC. The hardware acceleration must be enabled? Do you hear the click with headphones too?

Resolving, there were no reports about this several months, seems to be fixed already.
