Summary0007895: Aero: Disable Aero by skin
DescriptionAs noted currently there is two ways to disable Aero in MM skinned version:
- Running MM in Win Xp compatibility Mode
- Adding ForceDisableAero=1 in [System] of MediaMonkey.ini

To make things more intuitive and easier to access by user and easier implementation by skin developers few changes would be needed

1. Adding Variable into MM skins INI DisableAero=1
2. Adding additional option in Options -> Skins "[x] Allow skins to disable Aero (Need Restart)" disabled by default
3. Dialog that will prompt user that skin have own Window Borders in case option is enabled (Point 2.)
"This Skin can use own Window bordes and will disable MediaMonkey Aero effects. Need Restart
[ ] Do not show this anymore
[ Yes ] [ No ]"
Note: Selecting YES Will enable 2. and NO will Disable it

Due the adding additional localization strings and after talk with Petr over IM it would be nice add-on for MM 4.1

NOTE: Like with Override MM skinning user preference settings, there would be need only one restart of MM to have desired MM skinning type

Re. 2. I don't think that this is required. i.e. if a skin is non-aero, it's by design--no need to prompt the user re. the fact that the border isn't transparent.

Re. 3. I would suggest to just use a generic restart message. Since we don't have one, I would suggest changing the following:
Please restart MediaMonkey to finish the installation.
-->
Please restart MediaMonkey for the changes to take effect.

re 2: That was I thought, but than there is users tat would like have AERO but be able to use different skins without disabling it.

re 3. You are right I totally agree on that as it would simplify things, but like Petr pointed in our talk on IM wouldn't be annoying to show that prompt each time while user is browsing skins?
