Summary	0007965: [1364+] Colors of Glided menu bar are not same as other toolbars
Description	There are two inconsistencies with the current implementation: 1. toolbars placed in the same row with the menu bar have different colors then toolbars which are not in the same row with the menu bar; 2. the menu bar in the Now Playing panel has old, MM3 colors (white text on the black background).
