I cannot reproduce, couldn't it be somehow caused by the 'Scan Results' dialog that appears and maybe in your case it is somehow hidden? |

I retested with 1399 was not able to replicate, but wondered by your question, I have found that in case there was errors in importing of files and user show error dialog INS do not work until you remove focus from MM (Start IE for example) and back to MM. Note: that in case user clicks OK and not show error list dialog INS is working OK. See if you can replicate it if not resolve it as suspended for 4.1 so that we can revise it in case of user feedback as this really looks like Focus issue like you suspected. |

Yes, if a dialog appears then INS doesn't work, because MM is waiting for approving the dialog (clicking [OK] or [CANCEL]). That is expected behaviour. I haven't replicated any focus problem. |

This happen again in 1416 Thumb creation not enabled. EDIT: And could not replicate steps again Each time when it happen Steps are: 1. Addtracks to library 2. On done Dialog click show errors 3. Clicked OK 4. INS do not work |

Are you sure it affects only INS and all the other keys work? Or it is the focus problem? |

It happen from time to time and only once and then I could not replicate it anymore. That is why I kept it open. We can resolve/close for now. I retested with 1432 today again. Note this was happening while we had issues with scanning which were fixed meantime. |
