Summary	0008060: Drag & drop to some node with Ctrl pressed change mouse cursor even with nodes that cannot append text
Description	MM4 has added change of the mouse cursor when you press the Ctrl key which is nice. Now we know when the text of node will be appended to the existing tag text instead of just replacing the existing value. However, there are some nodes/tags that could append text to some existing tag (multi-item field like Artist, Genre...) and there are also nodes/tags that cannot append the text (non-multi-item fields like Album, Year...). So, I expect when I drag some track(s) over Album node that mouse cursor does not change its shape to [+] when I press Ctr, but it is happening anyway. I think that the mouse cursor should change to the [+] form only when it is over some multi-item node, i.e. when the text could be appended.
