Summary | 0008154: Ability to disable scrobbling for DLNA devices
Description | As the last.fm plugin can also scrobble plays done over DLNA it would be useful if this can be disabled. Users may have DLNA devices already able to scrobble. Best would be the ability to enable/disable this per device with a global enable/disable defining what is to be done when a new device is added. This could be done in the Access control tab of the Media Server configuration. This would allow the user to disable scrobbling on devices able to do so themselves while still enabling it for devices that can't. A second option not as good would be an option to enable/disable last.fm scrobbling for DLNA devices in the last.fm options sheet.

1. Could not be done at the moment we can see what DLNA features can be Tweaked/Added in 4.1 2. Due the fact that Localization Strings Are Locked for Now I would go to INI settings of Last.fm and than as Plugin localizations would be handled differently in MM4.1 we can see how to make things easier for all. 3. Assigning to me for Adding INI setting of non Scrobbling DLNA |

No need for plugin update this is natively supported in MM5 |
