I have installed last K-Lite (Basic) and converted MPEG2 (from Trunk - TestData\VideoPlaybackTest\Mpeg2_16-9.mpg) to MP4 (AAC+XVID) without problem (XPSP3). Could you reproduce problem with this file? What OS? |
I presume the file is on FTP, for which I don't have access. I'm on Windows Server 2003. Should it work without QuickTime installed? |
Yes, it should work without QuickTime, QT is not used at all for this conversion (it could be used for MOV/QT playback/conversion only). Does the file play normally? |
