I think that this is because technically it isn't too easy, since the extension isn't a specific field in the DB. That said, it's probably possible to implement by searching in Path using FTS and only then making sure it's really the extension? |

Extension search is already available in Advanced Search/AutoPlaylist, so a mechanism exists for it. If Path is chosen maybe the ability to search first x chars, last x chars would be a welcome addition to Quick Search. |
