| Description | As reported in Ticket VLW-607551 it looks like in some cases when MM is started/closed too many times quickly Windows put MM in FHT (Fault tolerant heap shim) Which sometimes crashes MM. In 99% of cases after MM isa started as Admin next time than even normal user works. Logs From Session are uploaded to FTP. | ||||

Peke, could you (or the user) try the latest build? 4.0.3 has now better handling of Admin rights elevation, so I wonder whether it has any effect. Btw, was any crash log generated? Or is the debug log the only thing we can get? |

Version used in Testing is 1466 as seen from logs which should include better Admin handling. NOTE: No Error Log is generated Windows just gray MM window and inform that App has crashed. |

He needs those plugins to Sync with MM. Again that do not explain why Manual run do not work as Admin works 100%? |

So did he tried to rename iPhone plugin ? |

Some of users that had reported this and all logs that were showing FHT stopped Forced Closing MM. I guess as FHT designed there was update which removed MM Fault tolerant heap list ??? Resolving for now. |
