Summary | 0009766: Song metadata issue when MMA is restarted
Description | When MMA is restarted (after forced restart or phone reboot), database appears to get corrupted - previously correctly identified artists become "unknown artist" From our engineer: when MediaSync encounters a track which exists on the SD card and is already registered in the MediaMonkey database, the function MediaSync.inBothDatabases() is called. This in turn calls SyncMediaHelper.updateMedia() which contains the bug.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Uninstall; clear data 2. Install MediaMonkey, launch 3. Note tracks correctly identified 4. Force quit (or restart phone nicely) 5. Start MediaMonkey (this will trigger a new sync) 6. Note that tracks are all "Unknown artist"
Additional Information | Build 36 Please note this is a showstopper for us - would be grateful for a quick turnaround on this. Thanks
