Summary0010253: 'Synchronization Fails' errors and occasional crashes
DescriptionWhen running MMA build 85 on a GB device against MMW 1614, synchronization almost always succeeds.

But when doing the same against MMW 1615, a number of problems occur periodically:
1) 'Synchronization fails' errors occur periodically
2) MMA periodically crashes after a successful synchronization, upon clicking the 'back' button to get back to the Options screen.
3) Clicking 'Select sync server' and then clicking the <sync server> that is found sometimes triggers submission of debug logs. Often after this has occurred, then when the user clicks 'back'
--> MM crashes

Note: Once these problems (the first tow) occur, sync operations always seem to fail partway through. The only way to get it working again is to do a clean install.

Note: Peke indicated that this occurs periodically on JB as well.

Please note that I occasionally only observe 1) in 1615 and no issues using LG phone and ICS

 Note: I observe issues 2 and 3 upon testing build 86 for a few minutes (installed on top of build 85). In fact they _always_ occur on one of my GB devices.

Crashes are no longer occuring in 87, but there are still periodic 'Synchronization failed' errors on one of my GB devices. They tend to occur near the end of the sync operation.

I uploaded a debug log from an Xperia Pro mk16 device at ~6:18pm EST.

Tested build 89, and 'sync completed with errors' still occurs quite often on 2 GB devices. I uploaded debug logs at ~4:45 PM est.

 Note: a second GB device is syncing correctly (with build 91).

Edit: scratch that--it failed as well towards the end of the operation.
