Summary | 0010442: MP4 (AAC/H264) is played with increased playback speed (regression)
Description | I have tried several of my MP4s and current version of MediaMonkey (clean install without codec pack) plays all of them incorrectly - speed of playback is very high, not 1. Build 1600 plays it ok, all builds from 1601 wrong. It seems, it is some incompatibility with Haali Media Splitter. It works ok with LAV splitter.

So the problem is caused by MS DTV-DVD audio decoder, used for decoding AAC stream (LAV splitter used its own decoder). I am finding some workaround. It was not an issue before adding equalizer and leveling feature, this requires our resampler filter and it is receiving strange data from this decoder. |

Fixed in build 1623. Resampler filter can now correctly handle on-fly format changes made by MS decoder. |
