I analyzed the log and it seems that the device was not accessible at all, also by using Windows Explorer, can you confirm? Try to navigate /MediaMonkey/files/mmstore.db using Windows Explorer. Was it in MTP or MSC (UMS) mode? |
|
Device showed folders, but no files in Windows Explorer. Access should have been through MTP. |

OK, if you cannot access the files even via Windows Explorer, then there is a problem on MTP layer (nothing that could be fixed in MMW). BTW. Do you use the original USB cable for connecting? I also observed some MTP issues, but only if I used another USB cable than the original supplied. Otherwise there is an Android app called SDrescan ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bero.sdrescan&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDEsImNvbS5iZXJvLnNkcmVzY2FuIl0 [^] ) that can refresh MTP content, so maybe it could be helpful in your case. |
