Summary | 0010549: UPnP: DLNA 'Play to' functionality
Description | It would be useful if the user could configure MMA to output to UPnP devices (similar to MMW's play to function). Possible implementation: Options > Playback > Choose output device [config button] Internal player Click config button --> list of available playback devices appears Note also: DLNA Controller functionality has also been requested for MMA (to control MMW playing/rendering content).

There are a couple of issues in build 460: 1) Renderers appear as options even if they're offline (and there's no indication whether they're active or not). 2) Because of the issue above, although initially MMA worked, after disconnecting from the renderer and then attempting to reconnect, MMA failed to output to the same renderer again. 3) The local renderer should appear as: [MediaMonkey icon] MediaMonkey player |
