Summary	0001072: Rectangle between scrollbars isn't shown sometimes
Description	The rectangle between vertical and horizontal scrollbar isn't updated when it's first shown on Win 98 or ME (works ok on XP).

rusty 2004-04-25 14:42 administrator ~0003873	Tested in 740 on Win98. This issue is fixed in the tree, but not in the tracklist (instead of a rectangle appearing in the lower right corner, a right arrow appears).
